Additional Support

Sometimes what you’re carrying needs more than a journal, a conversation, or peer support — and reaching for professional help can be a strong, practical next step.

The Becoming Co offers gentle peer support and resources, but we are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or emergency support.

If you are feeling concerned about your physical health, mental wellbeing, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, grief, or safety, please connect with qualified professionals. You do not need to wait until things feel “bad enough.”

Important Note

The Becoming Co provides peer support, lived-experience guidance, and emotional resources. We do not provide medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, or crisis intervention.

If your needs feel bigger than what we offer, we encourage you to access the support above.

A Gentle Reminder

Needing support does not mean you are failing.

Sometimes the bravest next step is letting someone qualified help carry what feels heavy.
